How can I make a booking?

Do I need to empty out my cupboards prior to a treatment?

No, we do not require you to empty out your cupboards prior to a treatment. Our treatment methods include the precise placing of baits within cupboards along with dusting in cracks and crevices. For German Cockroach treatments, it is recommended that kitchen cupboards be emptied to allow better access.

Do I have to be at home during the treatment?

You do not have to be at home during the treatment, we will require access to the property both inside and out, so we can arrange a way to get access prior to the treatment.

Do I have to leave my home during the treatment?

We do  recommend leaving the  home when possible whilst it is being treated and returning 4-6 hours after treatment.

 

Are your treatments and chemicals safe around my home with children and or pets?

Yes absolutely. Our technicians are trained and qualified. We only use safe and effective chemicals that are available to us. If allergies are a concern please contact us for further information. Our products have low toxicity to mammals, however please advise us of any fish ponds or tanks on the property so we can cover them during the treatment.

What preperation is required prior to a treatment?

Please pick up any pet toys and water/food bowls. Also please pick up any children toys laying on the floor. Also please ensure sub-floor and roof void is accessible. Our technician will do the rest!

Do the chemicals have an odour?

No we only use no odour or nil odour products.

How often do I need my house treated?

We will advise you if frequent treatment is required. However generally we recommend strongly that a treatment is carried out annually.

Is there a warranty on your treatments?

Yes we offer a 3-6 month warranty depending on target pest. If the pest comes back, so do we at no extra cost!

It looks like its going to rain, will it affect my treatment?

If it is raining at the time of your appointment, we will make arrangements and reschedule. We often complete the internal part of your treatments with no issues, and complete external treatments on another suitable date.
